5K Run Roll and Stroll to support seniors – June 14th

Since 1996, the Walker Methodist Foundation and TRUST (an ecumenical coalition) has provided a Parish Nurse Program to south Minneapolis. Through home visits, the parish nurse saves medical cost by recognizing serious symptoms, averting hospitalization, sustaining independence and care giving, increasing understanding of medical issues, and providing advocacy for those unable to speak for themselves.
