Responsibilities: Providing supervision and evaluating comprehensive nursing care to an assigned block of residents consistent with a holistic care focus. Registered Nurses are directly responsible and will held accountable for the performance of patient care service.
Qualifications: Current license in the State of Minnesota as a LPN and/or RN. Experience preferred in medical-surgical and gerontological nursing at least 6 months in length and/or current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Title: LPN /RN of Memory Care TCU - FT/PT (All shifts)
Responsibilities: Providing, supervising and evaluating comprehensive nursing care to assigned block of residents consistent with holitic care focus. Monitoring resident conditions and change of status, care planning based on the results of the monitoring and changes in the resident condition, medication administration and direct care.
Qualifications: Current LPN and/or RN license in the state of MN. Prefer at least 2 years of Alzheimer's/Dementia care and behavior management experience.

Title: Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) - On-call weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities: Provide high quality services for residents and care givers in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Must be pleasant, respectful and courteous to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow employees at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate attainment of outcomes.
Qualifications: Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) accredited program for Occupational Therapy. Current certification from the National Board for Ceritification in Occupational Therapy. Current registration with the MN Department of Health. Experience in acute and long-term care facility desired, but not required.

Certified bu the MN Department of Health - MDH approved course 'Medication Administration Program for Unlicensed Personnel'. Previous experience as a TMA in a long-term care organization preferred.
