Independent Living with Services plan includes ten dinner meals or twelve lunch meals per calendar month included in their monthly rent and service fee. Additional meal plans are available.

Assisted Living plans are added to your rental fees and are customized to your individual needs. Plans range from a la carte health care options, to our most basic level assisted living services, to our highest level all inclusive packages.

Simple Assisted Living Plan at $480 per month includes:

• Bi-monthly RN visits for health monitoring
• Access to health services personnel 24-hours a day, 7 days a week (applicable service fees apply)
• One safety check daily by health services personnel
• Daily evening meals to supplement the ten meals already included in your rent

Additional plans may include:

• 3 meals per day
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry
• Medication management or diabetes management
• Assistance with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming)
• Escorts to meals and activities
• Personal pendent call system
• Laboratory coordination
• Physician ordered injections
