The Fitness Center is your health and wellness partner offering exercise workouts and routines for seniors or older adults. Our fitness professionals, instructors, and counselors have come together and developed programs designed specifically to support the needs of older adults. We will help you focus on achieving optimal health and well-being and maintenance of your vitality.
