Every year, Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm, honors top performing senior living communities with customer experience awards. Multiple Walker Methodist communities received 2021 Customer Experience awards from Pinnacle, based on open-ended surveys from residents, patients, and their families or caregivers.

Award-winners display a continued dedication to providing best-in-class healthcare services to seniors, according to Pinnacle. Each award-winning community has met rigorous standards, scoring in the top 15% in the nation during a 12-month average. “Our mission is to enhance the lives of older adults through a culture of care, respect, and service. Receiving these awards confirm to us that we are living our mission,” said Scott Riddle, president and CEO of Walker Methodist. “Each year, earning these awards is a significant achievement because they are based solely on what our customers say.”

Our communities are consistently adapting to meet the needs and wants of residents in our ever-changing world. Serving older adults throughout the greater Twin Cities metro area and Wisconsin, Walker team members work diligently and compassionately to offer the best in lifestyle, housing, and healthcare. “These awards help remind us that we make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve,” said Riddle. “As we continue to grow, I’m proud of the work our teams do every day, making our communities the best place to live and work.”
