Dear Walker Methodist family,

Many of you know that Walker Methodist has a strong partnership with Lifesprk, a company that seeks to deliver whole person senior care. Together, Lifesprk and Walker Methodist have enhanced the lives of many seniors over the years, and our partnership has successfully met the evolving needs of our senior population.

We share a common goal when it comes to our residents—to help them live fully each day. This partnership has never been more important than it is during this time in our history.

Some of the services that we partner with Lifesprk on include:

  • Rehab services
  • Home care
  • Transportation (Lifesprk Go! Powered by Envoy America)
  • Hospice
  • The Navigation Program

Learn more about Lifesprk at www.lifesprk.com or call the Walker Methodist/Lifesprk Navigation Line anytime for assistance at 952-737-4395.

Currently Lifesprk serves the Twin Cities area, including Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Washington, and Wright counties, and they are looking into expanding beyond to reach more Walker Methodist communities.
