Currently Lifesprk serves the Twin Cities area, including Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Washington, and Wright counties, and they are looking into expanding beyond to reach more Walker Methodist communities.

- Levande (Cambridge). 3 active cases. 10 recoveries. 3 deaths.
- Walker Place (Minneapolis). 1 active case. 1 recovery. 1 death.
- Plaza (Anoka). 4 active cases. 25 recoveries. 3 deaths.
- Westwood Ridge (West St. Paul). 0 active. 4 recoveries. 1 death.
